Our Units
All of our storage units have drive-up access, insulated ceilings, moisture barrier protected floors, and interior lights. Additionally they have tall, vaulted ceilings (up to 12') which means that we give you more space for less money.

Size of a walk-in closet. Large enough to hold some furniture like a sofa, bed set, and dresser. Or about 100 small boxes.
10' x 10'
Size of a small bedroom. Can hold the contents of a one bedroom apartment including some appliances. Or about 200 small boxes.
10' x 15'
Size of a large bedroom. Can hold the contents of a two bedroom apartment or small house.
10' x 20'
Size of a small one car garage. Can hold the contents of a three or four bedroom house.
10' x 25'
Size of a standard one car garage. Can hold the contents of a four bedroom house plus appliances. Or a vehicle and 100 small boxes.
Outdoor Storage
Uncovered, outdoor storage for trailers, RVs, boats, or cars. If you plan on storing a vehicle it must be registered in Washington.

All you need is a valid state ID along with your first months rent.
All leases are month-to-month. There is a minimum of one, full month required.
No. We do not charge any admin fees or require any deposits. Your first month's rent is prorated from the day you start and is then reoccuring on the 1st of every month.
Right away! Our units are first come, first serve. You can begin moving in the second you sign the lease and pay for your first month's rent.
